Para refor\u00e7ar o adiamento, os advogados do petista entraram com um habeas corpus no Tribunal Regional Federal (TRF-4), com o mesmo objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>O advogado Cristiano Zanin Martins afirma ter solicitado documentos \u00e0 Petrobras em outubro do ano passado, mas que somente agora os papeis chegaram \u00e0s suas m\u00e3os. S\u00e3o cerca de 10 mil p\u00e1ginas. A defesa alega que n\u00e3o tempo h\u00e1bil para analisar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 materialmente imposs\u00edvel a defesa analisar toda essa documenta\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o pr\u00f3ximo dia 10, quando haver\u00e1 o interrogat\u00f3rio do ex-Presidente e ser\u00e1 aberto o prazo para requerimento de novas provas\u201d, diz Zanin, em nota enviada \u00e0 imprensa. \u201cSequer a impress\u00e3o foi conclu\u00edda a despeito da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de uma gr\u00e1fica para essa finalidade\u201d.
