Segundo Zanardo, o PM teria perguntado quem era Biral, que respondeu ser advogado ativista e, na sequ\u00eancia, questionou o policial sobre a aus\u00eancia de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o por nome &#8211;muitos PMs t\u00eam usado apenas n\u00fameros de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o em protestos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"text\">&#8220;O policial se exaltou e pegou o Daniel pelo colarinho. Depois os dois foram levados. A OAB precisa tomar provid\u00eancias. O advogado n\u00e3o pode ser detido no exerc\u00edcio de sua profiss\u00e3o. Est\u00e1vamos em um momento pac\u00edfico, que n\u00e3o exigia sequer a presen\u00e7a da pol\u00edcia&#8221;, disse Zanardo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"text\">Como aconteceu nos protestos anteriores, a PM est\u00e1 presente de forma ostensiva no local, com Tropa de Choque e Cavalaria. Antes do in\u00edcio do debate, dois PMs que filmavam os manifestantes e estavam em frente \u00e0 mesa onde fica o microfone foram expulsos pelos participantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">No momento das deten\u00e7\u00f5es, o ato contra as pris\u00f5es dos manifestantes seguia com um debate sobre a repress\u00e3o policial. J\u00e1 haviam discursado, por exemplo, o padre Julio Lancellotti e o juiz Jorge Souto Maior. &#8220;Eu vi o F\u00e1bio (<em>Hideki Harano<\/em>) ser preso de maneira covarde, sem nenhuma prova nem nada na mochila&#8221;, disse o padre ao microfone sobre a deten\u00e7\u00e3o do estudante e servidor da USP.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">Al\u00e9m das pris\u00f5es, houve confus\u00e3o\u00a0quando policiais revistaram um artes\u00e3o que passava pelo local. Durante o tumulto, policiais dispararam bombas de g\u00e1s lacrimog\u00eaneo contra manifestantes e jornalistas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">O artes\u00e3o acabou liberado, mas a repress\u00e3o da PM provocou correria, e ao menos outras quatro pessoas foram presas, segundo o coletivo Observadores Legais. A causa das pris\u00f5es, no entanto, n\u00e3o foi informada.
