Podem causar alergias graves;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frituras em \u00f3leo:<\/strong>\u00a0O \u00f3leo oxidado usado em frituras \u00e9 um veneno para nosso colesterol, aumentando muito o risco de dist\u00farbios cardiovasculares;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salsicha:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c9 um alimento rico em gorduras, corantes e possui baixa qualidade. Se for consumir, d\u00ea prefer\u00eancia ent\u00e3o para as salsichas artesanais com alimentos selecionados;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Biscoitos industrializados, margarina e sandu\u00edches fast food:<\/strong> S\u00e3o ricos em gorduras e carnes processadas. Al\u00e9m de muito cal\u00f3ricos estimulam o comer r\u00e1pido, pois s\u00e3o macios, deixando o ato de mastigar em segundo plano.<br \/>\nOs biscoitos s\u00e3o recheados com recheios artificiais ricos em gorduras a\u00e7\u00facares e corantes e voc\u00ea nunca come um s\u00f3, o que aumenta ainda mais a ingest\u00e3o de gorduras ruins e calorias, e induz as crian\u00e7as a s\u00f3 comerem besteiras, deixando de lado os bons alimentos como frutas e legumes;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Macarr\u00e3o instant\u00e2neo:<\/strong> \u00c9 um alimento que j\u00e1 vem industrializado, rico em sal, gorduras e calorias e com baixa ingest\u00e3o de nutrientes.
