Na decis\u00e3o, Moro disse que os recibos \u201cn\u00e3o s\u00e3o materialmente falsos\u201d, no entanto, podem ser \u201cideologicamente falsos\u201d. A suspeita do juiz \u00e9 que os recibos podem ter sido assinados por Glaucos da Costamarques, propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel, mas n\u00e3o houve o pagamento pelo aluguel.
