O documento define como deve ser a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de licenciatura para futuros professores, e \u00e9 baseado nas exig\u00eancias da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), que define as necessidades de aprendizado de alunos tanto da rede p\u00fablica quanto da rede particular.<\/p>\n<p>A maior mudan\u00e7a, de acordo com o documento, \u00e9 a exig\u00eancia de aulas pr\u00e1ticas presenciais que envolvam a equipe docente das institui\u00e7\u00f5es respons\u00e1veis por cursos de licenciatura. \u201cA resolu\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece as diretrizes e habilidades que ir\u00e3o nortear a forma\u00e7\u00e3o inicial, definindo as compet\u00eancias que dever\u00e3o ser desenvolvidas nos futuros professores\u201d, explicou Janio Macedo, secret\u00e1rio de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica do MEC.<\/p>\n<p>Cursos \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o oferecer aulas com atividades presenciais, ainda que uma grande parte do processo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o aconte\u00e7a remotamente. \u201cPara a oferta na modalidade de Ensino \u00e0 Dist\u00e2ncia (EaD), as 400 horas do componente pr\u00e1tico, vinculadas ao est\u00e1gio curricular, bem como as 400 horas de pr\u00e1tica como componente curricular ao longo do curso, ser\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rias e devem ser integralmente realizadas de maneira presencial\u201d, afirmou o secret\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o texto, os futuros docentes dever\u00e3o desenvolver habilidades que instiguem o senso \u00e9tico, humano, e criem reflex\u00e3o e possibilidade de an\u00e1ise no decorrer do ensino.
