A modalidade, que permite marcar um hor\u00e1rio para ser atendido, foi suspensa em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da pandemia de covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>O agendamento pode ser feito pelo site e pelo aplicativo Meu INSS e o telefone 135. Nos casos em que o cidad\u00e3o n\u00e3o tem acesso \u00e0 internet ou ao telefone, o agendamento pode ser feito diretamente nas ag\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>Caso prefira o atendimento eletr\u00f4nico, o cidad\u00e3o continua tendo \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o cerca de 91 servi\u00e7os que podem ser solicitados de forma digital, sem a necessidade de comparecimento pessoal ao INSS.<\/p>\n<p>As ag\u00eancias tamb\u00e9m v\u00e3o retomar o atendimento presencial para retirar d\u00favidas dos usu\u00e1rios, sem a necessidade de pr\u00e9vio agendamento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O INSS retoma nesta segunda (14) o servi\u00e7o de agendamento presencial.
