Em setembro, o indicador havia tido defla\u00e7\u00e3o (queda de pre\u00e7os) de 0,02%, segundo a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas (FGV).<\/p>\n<p>Com o resultado, a taxa acumulada em 12 meses passou de 11,37% em setembro para 11,56% em outubro. O \u00edndice \u00e9 calculado pela FGV com base na varia\u00e7\u00e3o dos pre\u00e7os cobrados por alugu\u00e9is em quatro cidades: S\u00e3o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre e Belo Horizonte.<\/p>\n<p>Em S\u00e3o Paulo, houve o maior recuo mensal do Ivar, ao passar de -0,18% em setembro para -0,69% em outubro. No Rio de Janeiro, tamb\u00e9m houve recuo, mas o \u00edndice continuou tendo infla\u00e7\u00e3o porque passou de 0,77% para 0,04%.<\/p>\n<p>Nas outras duas cidades, o Ivar aumentou de setembro para outubro. Em Porto Alegre, foi de -0,37% para 1,10%.
