{"id":86652,"date":"2016-01-28T19:55:16","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T21:55:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.notibras.com\/site\/?p=86652"},"modified":"2016-01-29T14:18:11","modified_gmt":"2016-01-29T16:18:11","slug":"dilma-reune-conselhao-e-anuncia-dinheiro-do-fgts-para-retomar-crescimento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.notibras.com\/site\/dilma-reune-conselhao-e-anuncia-dinheiro-do-fgts-para-retomar-crescimento\/","title":{"rendered":"Dilma re\u00fane Conselh\u00e3o e anuncia dinheiro do FGTS para retomar crescimento"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"Corpo\">\n<h6 class=\"Assina\"><strong>Igor Gadelha, Carla Ara\u00fajo e Isadora Peron<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>A presidente Dilma Rousseff confirmou nesta quinta-feira, 28, em discurso na 44\u00aa reuni\u00e3o do Conselho de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social, o Conselh\u00e3o, que o governo encaminhar\u00e1 ao Congresso projeto que permite o uso de at\u00e9 10% do saldo que o trabalhador tenha no FGTS como garantia para obten\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito consignado.<\/p>\n<p>Pelo projeto do governo, o trabalhador brasileiro ter\u00e1 direito a usar at\u00e9 10% do que tem depositado no FGTS, somados aos 40% de multa por ter sido demitido, como garantia ao financiamento que est\u00e1 contratando. A medida precisa ser enviada oficialmente ao Congresso, porque \u00e9 preciso mudar a lei do Fundo de Garantia, que s\u00f3 permite investimentos em habita\u00e7\u00e3o, saneamento e infraestrutura.<\/p>\n<p>Em sua fala, Dilma tamb\u00e9m elencou outras medidas que seu governo vem tomando em busca do equil\u00edbrio fiscal e da retomada do crescimento econ\u00f4mico. No \u00e2mbito do cr\u00e9dito, ela ressaltou que o governo est\u00e1 retomando o pr\u00e9-custeio da safra e a destina\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos do FGTS para aumentar os financiamentos da habita\u00e7\u00e3o. Ela tamb\u00e9m anunciou que o BNDES ir\u00e1 ofertar mais cr\u00e9dito para custeio das micro e pequenas empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as propostas, a presidente prometeu ainda que o governo adotar\u00e1 uma pol\u00edtica de promo\u00e7\u00e3o comercial &#8220;integrada e focada&#8221; em mercados priorit\u00e1rios. Segundo ela, o governo buscar\u00e1 novos acordos de converg\u00eancia regulat\u00f3ria e de facilita\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos, em especial com pa\u00edses do Oriente M\u00e9dio e grandes mercados da \u00c1sia. &#8220;Al\u00e9m do grande desafio de fechar acordo entre o Mercosul e Uni\u00e3o Europeia&#8221;, acrescentou.<\/p>\n<p>Algumas das propostas foram apresentadas pelos ministros durante a reuni\u00e3o do Conselh\u00e3o.
