Era o Oswaldo Cruz Vieira, o \u201cOswald\u00e3o\u201d, um mulato muito gordo, alegre, como geralmente s\u00e3o os gordos, extremamente simp\u00e1tico, gente boa.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m do trabalho na Novacap, ele tinha uma outra paix\u00e3o. O Clube de Regatas Guar\u00e1, que criara. O bairro ainda n\u00e3o existia. Curioso o nome Regatas, j\u00e1 que Bras\u00edlia n\u00e3o tinha mar e o lago ainda estava enchendo, muito longe de atingir a cota mil, a ideal.<\/p>\n<p>O Guar\u00e1 disputava o campeonato de futebol com outros clubes como o Defel\u00ea \u2013 um time formado por empregados do Departamento de For\u00e7a e Luz de Bras\u00edlia, que a pe\u00e3ozada tratava por Defel\u00ea, o Rabelo Futebol Clube, o Clube Atl\u00e9tico Colombo, o Cruzeiro do Sul, o Pederneiras, o Guanabara, o Planalto, o Real, o Alvorada e o Gr\u00eamio Brasiliense, da Cidade Livre, que fora o campe\u00e3o em 1959. O DFL ficou Defel\u00ea at\u00e9 o fim dos seus dias.<\/p>\n<p>Em Bras\u00edlia, as construtoras formavam seus times. Todos os jogadores eram oper\u00e1rios. Pedreiros, carpinteiros, eletricistas, etc, e quando um se destacava logo chegava proposta do rival para que ele trocasse de clube. E obviamente, da obra. Aqui existiam, \u00e0 \u00e9poca, os famosos olheiros que hoje infestam o futebol brasileiro, em busca de talentos<\/p>\n<p>O rival do Defel\u00ea era o Rabelo que tinha um jogador, o Alaor, verdadeiro capeta que tinha uma voca\u00e7\u00e3o incr\u00edvel para fazer gols. No treino para o jogo de estr\u00e9ia, que seria contra o Defel\u00ea, no est\u00e1dio da Vila Planalto \u2013 que existe at\u00e9 hoje -, o Alaor marcou nada menos que sete gols. Veio o jogo, est\u00e1dio lotado. No Defel\u00ea jogava um irm\u00e3o do Alaor, razo\u00e1vel de bola. O placar final foi de 2 a l para o Rabelo, com Alaor fazendo o gol da vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a partida, diretores do Defel\u00ea chamaram o Alaor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCara, a gente quer fazer uma proposta para voc\u00ea mudar de time. Aqui voc\u00ea vai jogar com o seu irm\u00e3o, ficando tudo em casa. Al\u00e9m disso &#8211; adiantou &#8211; ganhar\u00e1 um emprego com sal\u00e1rio bem melhor. Que tal ?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alaor aceitou a troca e a mudan\u00e7a foi feita. Passando a ganhar quase o dobro do que recebia no Rabelo, Alaor melhorou de vida e ainda conseguiu ser tricampe\u00e3o de Bras\u00edlia pelo Defel\u00ea, que conquistou quatro campeonatos seguidos.
