E inclu\u00edram: &#8220;A visita guiada foi certamente uma simples defer\u00eancia \u00e0 condi\u00e7\u00e3o de ex-Presidente do aqui autor, atrav\u00e9s da qual se objetivava convencer a fam\u00edlia Lula quanto aos atrativos da unidade&#8221;. A reportagem perguntou ao Instituto, depois de divulgada a nota, o motivo de o empres\u00e1rio ter comparecido \u00e0 visita. O Instituto n\u00e3o respondeu.<\/p>\n<p>A outra modifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 sobre a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das condi\u00e7\u00f5es do im\u00f3vel na &#8220;visita guiada&#8221; com Pinheiro. Diz o Instituto: &#8220;Lula e Marisa avaliaram que o im\u00f3vel n\u00e3o se adequava \u00e0s necessidades e caracter\u00edsticas da fam\u00edlia, nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es em que se encontrava&#8221;. Dizem os advogados: &#8220;Nessa ocasi\u00e3o avaliou que o im\u00f3vel superava as necessidades e caracter\u00edsticas da fam\u00edlia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A nota n\u00e3o \u00e9 cristalina quanto \u00e0 decis\u00e3o de reformar o apartamento, em consequ\u00eancia de n\u00e3o ter agradado ao casal. Mas afirma que depois da visita com Pinheiro &#8220;Marisa Let\u00edcia e seu filho F\u00e1bio Luis Lula da Silva voltaram ao apartamento quando este estava em obras&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ao STF a vers\u00e3o \u00e9 diferente: &#8220;A OAS ainda insistiu em seu esfor\u00e7o pela venda, tendo convidado a esposa do autor a visitar o empreendimento, o que esta fez, acompanhada do filho.
